Mark Crossley
Operations Director
As the son of one of the founders, Mark learned the ropes at Fylde from an early age. Having worked in various roles within the automotive industry, Mark returned to Fylde and eventually took over the position of Operations Director.
When not at work, Mark can usually be found playing in his workshop with motorcycles or cars.
Martin Stringfellow
Quality Director
Martin worked as both a software and hardware engineer in the aerospace and nuclear industries before joining Fylde to succeed his father in 1995.
At Fylde, Martin is the director responsible for quality, product development, software and test.
When not working at Fylde, Martin spends much of his time coaching at his local hockey club.
Paul Wilson
Senior Design Engineer
Paul started working at Fylde as an apprentice a long time ago. During this time Paul has had many roles including product testing, PCB design, circuit and software design. Currently Paul is involved with developing new products and providing technical support to customers.
When away from Fylde Paul can usually found in the mountains, walking or climbing.
Charlotte Crossley
ISO Manager
Charlotte is the 3rd generation of Crossley’s to work at Fylde.
She started working for the company in 2011 as our administrator. Having gained work experience around the world Charlotte has returned to the company as Manager in charge of quality and business development.

Liz Roskams
Administrative Assistant
Liz joined the team in 2020 to assist with the smooth running of the front office. She has previous experience of an office environment and customer focused roles; having worked for Lancashire Country Council, Ribby Hall and other establishments.
Away from Fylde, Liz is a busy mum to 3 young children.
